Co-Founder & M.D.

From defending the nation’s skies to shaping the nation’s talent — Sudhir Kumar’s journey is a testament to discipline, vision, and purposeful leadership.

At just 39, he brings 21+ years of diverse leadership experience — including 17+ years of exemplary service in the Indian Army (Air Defence) and over 3.6 years as Campus Manager across 5+ leading universities. In every role, he has excelled at building teams, inspiring growth, and delivering results under the most challenging circumstances.

His time in uniform forged his core values: integrity, resilience, and an unshakable commitment to excellence. Transitioning to academia, Sudhir channelled those values into mentoring thousands of students — equipping them with real-world skills, industry readiness, and the confidence to lead.

Driven by the desire to bridge India’s employability gap, Sudhir co-founded EduRise 360, a career transformation and talent solutions platform. His mission is clear: to prepare jobseekers for the world of work and help organizations find job-ready, high-impact talent.
